Sapiens Medya

3 posts
Sapiens Medya (Media) is an organization that aims to prevent the monopolization of sciencetelling in Turkey and give new understanding and momentum to science storytelling. It takes its name from the Latin "Sapiens" meaning "Intelligent," and the word "Medya (Musab, Ege, Deha, Yasemin, Ali)", which is a direct reference to our founding cause and the initials of our five founding members.

The Manhattan Project, the most secret and influential scientific project of the Second World War, resulted in the creation of a nuclear bomb. Our article describes the leaders of the project, its scientific achievements, and the impact it has left on world history. How did the Manhattan Project start, and which countries participated in the project? Who were the groundbreaking, pioneering names in the field of nuclear physics? In particular, how do basic physics principles such as the discovery and control of nuclear fission work? You will find more information in our article, where we answer all these questions. Don't forget to take a look at our article, which contains many details, from scientific details about the use of nuclear energy and weapons to the consequences and ethical discussions of the expulsion of Japan, its effects on world peace, and current international efforts!

The Superconductor Revolution: Claims Can Change Everything!

Superconductors, which are the focus of this article, are miraculous materials that can reduce electrical resistance to zero and increase energy efficiency. However, all the superconductors discovered so far operate at very low temperatures and are unaffordable. So, what if superconductivity were possible at room temperature? A revolutionary development in science and technology would take place.

The Fall of the Neanderthal: What Happened to Our Cousins?

You can find what you are wondering about the extinction of Neanderthals here! The Neanderthals, who lived in Europe and Asia for over 350,000 years, disappeared about 40,000 years ago. So, what were the reasons for this mysterious disappearance? By pursuing scientific causes, we will open the dusty pages of history and shed light on the development process of Homo sapiens.
